The tradition for the Smith family is to celebrate and open presents on the 24th. We also have a tradition to open one present each on the 23rd. (of course I didn't have my camera out when this was taking place).
If you are in the Smith household there are two items that are always present with my dad....cameras and guitars. Uncle David got out a geetar to play a tune for the kuzns.
Another treat from Uncle David was custom pb and j's. Here is Levi's Darth Vadar.
One of my favorite pictures. Pap and Sophia.
Sophia was super excited about opening presents.
Uncle Joe giving Millie a music lesson with her new bells from Grandma and Pap. If you look closely the bells are sitting on my Christmas gift....The Shark steam cleaner for floors. I loved it and have used it twice to clean my hardwood floors. It is very efficient and easy to use and doesn't require chemicals, only water. I was telling my oood friend Crystal about my gift and she was telling me about what she received (kitchen utensils). We than began discussing at what age do women stop receiving gifts for themselves, and start getting cleaning tools and kitchen supplies for gifts. and like them? At 31 I loved the floor cleaner, not so sure I would have liked it 10 years ago. :-)
This is one happy boy....The original Ledgends of Zelda for the Wii!!
What a wonderful evening spent with family!
